Maria Dolce, an education professional with a deep-seated passion for enhancing educational practices, invites you to engage in a workshop focused on the use of ChatGPT in educational settings, particularly for gifted and talented students. With extensive experience as the Principal Consultant at Inspired Learning, an academic presenter, and a system leader in Gifted Education, Maria is renowned for her innovative approaches in leveraging research-based pedagogical strategies to boost student motivation, self-regulation, well-being, and learning outcomes.
Her expertise spans the development of innovative online learning environments, interpretation of school-based data to bolster teacher and leader support, and the integration of curriculum outcomes to craft impactful learning experiences. Maria's commitment to fostering positive educational relationships has led to significant advancements in identification processes, assessment practices, differentiation, and professional learning with a spotlight on Gifted and Talented education.
The workshop, ‘Maximising Potential || Embedding High Impact Strategies to Personalise Learning for Gifted Students using ChatGPT’, aims to demystify the application of Generative AI in education, highlighting the potential of ChatGPT to personalise learning for gifted students. Attendees will explore actionable strategies to harness ChatGPT for crafting learning tasks.

Maria's professional journey is underpinned by her academic credentials, including a Certificate and Master of Education in Gifted Education from UNSW. Her notable contributions to the field, such as her role in the Sydney Catholic Schools Digital Thinking Project and her pioneering work in bringing GERRIC's Student Programs online, reflect her lifelong commitment to learning and her dedication to empowering educators and students alike. This privately run event will allow 25 teachers an opportunity to access small group coaching, with Gifted WA supplementing part of the cost. Please note, due to the limited amount of places, only 1-2 registrants will be allowed from each school.
