Motion 1 of the Annual General Meeting “That any previous constitution is hereby rescinded and that the Gifted WA Incorporated constitution dated November 2019 be adopted as the constitution of Gifted WA Incorporated.” Motion 2 of the Special General Meeting “That the members of the Gifted WA Incorporated hereby authorise the Secretary (or person acting in the capacity) to lodge the constitution (dated November 2019) with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety under the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.”

The AGM will be followed by tea, coffee, snacks and opportunity to talk with committee or other members of Gifted WA
The AGM will be held in the staff room upstairs in the main Administration Building immediately following Professor Peter Merrotsy's talk Searching for the invisible: high ability students who are well hidden in the classroom
