Cancelling Automatic Renewals

To streamline the efforts of the Secretary and Treasurer, we implemented an automatic membership renewal option to all new memberships. All new members agree to these terms when signing up to Gifted WA

"By accepting our terms at sign-up, you agree to your annual membership fees being charged every 12 months until you choose to end your membership with Gifted WA."

As the staff are all volunteers, the amount of time spent processing and chasing up renewals is not feasible.

You may opt out of automatic renewal by changing it in your PayPal account. Only the authoriser of the payment can cancel it. Please visit this link for PayPal instructions.

Stopping automatic renewal payments

Gifted WA Members can cancel recurring automatic renewal payments from the Invoices and payments tab in their profile.
From there, you select Stop recurring payments.

Members can stop automatic renewal payments from theirGiftedWA member profile page. To do so, click the Invoices and payments tab in their profile then click Stop recurring payments button beside the membership renewal transaction.

The member will be asked to confirm their request.
